Who we are
Lunify is a French product-driven development studio. This policy explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data when you visit lunify.fr or contact us. We comply with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (modified).
Data we collect
We only collect what is strictly necessary: identification data (name, email) and project context when you contact us via the form or email; technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we process it
Replying to your request (legitimate interest / pre-contract), providing our services (contract performance), improving the site (consent for analytics), and complying with legal obligations. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact data: 3 years from the last interaction with Lunify. Technical analytics data: 14 months maximum (Google Analytics 4 default).
Sub-processors
We use a small set of trusted providers: Vercel (hosting), Google LLC (Analytics), Google Calendar (appointment booking). Each one is GDPR-compliant and bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data at any time. Email contact@lunify.fr to exercise any right — we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you consider your rights are not being respected.
