The "Generate with AI" button writes the listing description from the entered characteristics. The seller edits, the AI gives them a head start.

Algorithmic estimate
From the address and characteristics, Ummo proposes an estimate range (min, mid, max) to help the seller position their asking price.
Step 1 — the address, on the map
The seller names their listing and places the property on the interactive map. Real-time geocoding, address autocomplete, manual pin adjustment — so the property is pinpointed to the meter.
Step 2 — characteristics & amenities
Surface, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, exposure, energy rating… then elevator, cellar, parking, balcony, terrace, garden. Everything is captured with counters and toggles, no superfluous free-form fields.
Step 3 — photos & documents
Drag and drop photos to reorder them; the first becomes the main shot. Title deed, energy rating diagnostic and other legal documents are also centralised here, ready to share with interested buyers.
Step 4 — summary, AI and estimate
The wizard's final screen pulls everything together: a structured property summary, photo gallery, documents, description (writable manually or generated by AI), algorithmic estimate with min / mid / max slider, and an asking-price field. The seller publishes in one click or saves a draft.
All your listings, at a glance
The listings dashboard shows published properties and drafts, with main photo, price, address, surface, room count, views and messages received. A clear view to manage several sales in parallel.
Track each listing's performance
Once published, every listing surfaces its key metrics: number of views, number of messages received, displayed price and a recap of the characteristics. The seller knows at a glance whether their listing is working — and tweaks the price or photos accordingly.
